Gin-Peria

This floral Gin is made by infusing pure spirit through a carefully selected mix of botanicals. The nose has a slight citrus tinge with a broad flavour profile, highlighted with light fruit and honeycomb.

Established in 2009, Still Waters Distillery is one of Canada's first artisanal distilleries. We make a full range of spirits, all in small batches by hand.
